Name: Hadrian Seneca Prewett. Known to most as Hadrian - or 'The Wall' if you're obnoxious enough to find that funny - seeing as there aren't many nicknames that can be made of his name. His mother has already secured the rights to Hadi... and he hopes the general populace never finds that out.

History:
→ Heir apparent to the Prewett family line, having been born thirty-seven minutes before his twin brother. Which means that he’s had responsibility placed upon him before he could even understand the concept, e.g., not only keeping Ignatius in line but Graciene, too, when she was born two years later.
→ Over the years it has worked to a degree: in that the ratio of him enabling them to being a mini-Thiago is rather level. Oh well, blood is thicker than water, they say.
→ But obviously isn’t everything, as he was the first Prewett in generations to be Sorted into Ravenclaw. Ignatius, unsurprisingly, didn’t follow familial trends either in being Sorted into Hufflepuff. It was a bit of a blow, but when it comes down to it Hadrian likes being able to not just be Twin A or Twin B of such-and-such House. He likes his identity as it stands as a singular person, sorry.
→ From early on he had a drive to prove himself in anyway possible, but entering Hogwarts led to him being the Prewett sibling with the best marks. Thankfully learning, and all it involves, came easily to him.
→ Especially considering all that was to be put on his plate: joining a number of clubs, becoming Prefect, then further Head Boy. Not to mention that his “love life” has always been rather... interesting. There was Amaltheia Gamp after their parents deigned them a good match in 5th Year, the very same relationshit that ended over the summer before 6th Year when he realised she was crazy. He’s not too torn over the bad blood that now exists between the Gamp and Prewett matriarchs, especially since he’s now in an on-again-off-again relationship with the stubborn as hell love of his life, Phillipa Macmillan.
→ After two break-ups and them currently being on their third try, they still at times struggle to make things work. They are more different than alike, wherein their political views come into play big time. She the Muggle sympathiser that bleeds activism and he, the Purist whose beliefs are based off on age old doctrines and ignorance. Somehow - somehow - they manage to work. Mostly.
→ With this all in mind, he’s managed to craft a public face for himself that is merely a young man from a Pureblooded background, as opposed to an out and out purist who gets his rocks off on laughing at those of a lesser blood like some of his compatriots. He has time and time before been at ends with what he must do to accomplish this, but knows the bigger picture will play off in the end.
→ And if he has his way? That will be to one day find himself the British Minister for Magic. Potentially entering into wizarding law first, but this is the ultimate goal. Relying on his father’s position and Pippa’s uncle’s aren’t his plan, but won’t say no to any accommodations from them.
→ When it comes down to it: he’ll get his hands dirty, so to speak, to see this happen. Even if that means putting into effect the thought he’s been toying with enlisting once leaving Hogwarts. Serving in a war bent on equality isn’t what draws him to it, but how much clout the phrase “war hero” would give to his resume.

Personality:
→ Doesn’t so much live his life by other’s morals, as much as what he thinks is the most sensible decision at any given time. He’s not without morals, but if there is no true logic behind them... Then they don’t really have a purpose, now do they?
→ To that effect, war doesn’t exactly fall under that category, in his opinion. There are much more diplomatic ways to go about things, but if others are going to go about with violence he’ll merely stand at the sidelines and take advantage of what comes his way.
→ The Hat did consider him for Slytherin, but having an understanding & knowledge of how to shape his own destiny was more appealing than just looking out for number one.
→ If that means having to go out of his way to appease others (to an extent), he will. Hadrian isn’t truly altruistic, but knows damned well how to come off as such. It’s taxing at times to try and please different groups all at once, but juggling numerous tasks at once is not something new to him.
→ Probably because he’s been doing it ever since he was a child under his father’s tutelage. A very important notion he picked up from such was a distrust of Muggles and Muggleborns. He wouldn’t be all that sad to see them forcibly removed from the wizarding world, but isn’t the type to grab a pitchfork or torch and set out to try and lynch any of them. They are at worst a plague and at best an annoyance, yet his prescribing to this belief might be because he’s never truly allowed himself to see them as actual people rather than a blood status. One more thing that makes his position as Head Boy that much more exhausting.
→ Not that he’d ever admit anything to the sort as he very much likes giving off an air of composure. Hadrian’s all about facades and never revealing all of himself. His secretive nature isn’t a weakness, but more so that others can’t exploit the ones he actually does have.
→ Such as he has quite the temper, even if it is usually hidden away behind a slightly furrowed brow until he can let out his frustrations by himself in the form of a hissy fit. Usually. Note: usually.
→ Or that he’s rather petty and can be prone to jealousy. Potentially the great example of this is his aggravation at having never made it into the Slug Club. So what if he’s not a Black or that his father is only a Deputy Head; he’s still Hadrian Prewett, damnit; that should be more than enough.
→ Some might argue that it is his father, but he truly is his own biggest critic.
